The itinerary we suggest for you to reach the point where the Via
Brabantica in the Brussels Region at the Porte de Hal,
starting point of our Via Brabançonne, is to follow the signs of the new
GR12 to SS. Michel-et-Gudule Cathedral.
From the square in front of the cathedral, we invite you to follow the bronze shells
that have been set into the pavements to mark one of the possible
possible Jacobean routes in Brussels. This route will take you to
to the Grand-Place, then to the church of Notre-Dame de Bonsecours, then to
the church of Notre-Dame de la Chapelle to join the rue Haute which, crossing the
the Marolles to the Porte de Hal, where the Galician menhir of Manolo Paz
Manolo Paz marks kilometre zero of our Via Brabançonne.
Buen Camino in the Brussels Region!
