Description: 21st pilgrims' meeting in Habay-la-Neuve organised by the Saint-Jacques de Compostelle Sud-Luxembourg branch

On Saturday 31 January 2026 at 2.30 p.m., the 21st pilgrims' meeting organised by the Saint-Jacques de Compostelle Sud-Luxembourg branch of the association will take place.

As usual, the meeting point is at the Auberge du Vivier, 109 Avenue de la Gare, 6720 Habay-la-Neuve.

On the programme:

Þ Lecture: ‘Buen Camino: my paths to Compostela’

by Aubert PIRLOT from Athus. More than just paths, a journey. Norte, Francès, Mozàrabe, Lebaniego, Castellano, San Salvador, Invierno. Simple names, laid down like stones in the shade of olive trees or eucalyptus trees. There are glances, smiles, voices. Some names remain, others fade away. And then, one step after another, comes another encounter: the one with oneself.

Þ Discussions over refreshments.

Þ Bookshop of the Belgian Association of Friends of Santiago de Compostela. Opportunity to join the association and request a credential.

Admission: €3 per person. (No advance booking required.)

Proceeds go to the children of the Auberge du Vivier in Habay and a local charity.
